50's Vintage reel to reel tape recorder - $500 (La Mesa)

Vintage reel to reel, tape recorder I don't know much about vintage audio equipment, I'm not sure what year this tape recorder is I'm going to say 50's I plugged it in and it appears to be in working condition I don't have a tape to try it out.
I bought this from a lady who said she didn't know much about it.
But I found a paper inside of it that says it came from from Norman Petty studio museum in Clovis NM .
There are names and addresses and numbers on the paper .
