Duties Serves as an instrumentation specialist and performs tasks as a project engineer and technical point of contact.
Documents findings and prepares technical reports on overall systems' performance.
Monitors and evaluates contractor proposals and designs, as well as any subsequent modifications, develops and implements specific hardware and software elements for the instrumentation systems.
Analyzes and evaluates systems performance and tracking accuracies and capabilities.
Designs, develops, and implements modifications for systems improvements.
Recommendations may involve rework of major systems, redesign of electronic circuitry and/or re-engineering of hardware components.
Performs extensive testing and engineering analysis of the instrumentation Systems.
