*What You’ll Do*
As a member of Zia Cleaning Systems, you will be the first contact with our customers working off pre-set appointments.
In addition, you will:
* Ensures a quality, timely, customer experience for our customers by explaining the full product line, features and functions.
* Ability to work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customer.
* Must be comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to work independently when needed.
* Must be able to understand and explain contract details to customers.
Be neat and organized when filing paperwork and sensitive information.
* Reports trends, issues and feedback learned from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
*What it Takes*
Eligible candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* High school diploma
* Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
* Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customer’s questions.
* Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift 15-30lbs.
* Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance.
Hours for this job include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possesses basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to provide positive resolution during demonstrations.
