My dog was picked up and no one has returned him yet (Cloudcroft)

Last month my dog was picked up infront of our house on the road from timberon to Pinon the guy was driving a green Tahoe/suburban the kids seen him in his ride and we didn’t think anything of it until we got home he was gone and his collar was in the yard if I could get help getting him back I would appreciate it my baby’s miss him he’s our family dog and ranch dog my number is show contact info thank u
