We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to the executive team, and assisting with various projects as needed.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies and order new materials when needed.
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
* Answer phones and take messages.
* Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
* Organize and maintain filing systems.
* Prepare documents, such as letters, memos, and reports.
* Provide administrative support to other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
