Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions using the POS system and cash register - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a wireless or technology sales environment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus - Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay and benefits, including employee discounts.
